information as follows must be provided with Request for
the Exclusivity Offer.
- What
is your forecast for the Annual Sales Volume?
- How
will you market and promote the product?
- What
Territory will you need for the Exclusivity?
- How
long will you need for the Exclusivity?
- What
is the quantity for your first order?
- How
soon will you place repeat order?
- What
is your commitment?
The Period
of Time for the Exclusivity may be offered as follows:
- Trial
Period for 3 months
(For new business relationship, The Exclusivity
is generally offered for a trial period of 3
months only, and it will be reviewed and renewed
every 3 months. If there is no indication for
Length of the Period of Time for the Exclusivity
Offer, it will be treated for a trial period of 3
months only.)
- Fixed
Period for one year
(The Fixed Period for the Exclusivity
Offer will be valid for one year only and must be
reviewed and renewed every year, no matter
whether there is any indication for Length of the
Period of Time beyond one year for the
Exclusivity Offer.)
Termination
of The Exclusivity Offer with immediate effect without
prior notice under any one of the following conditions:
- Failure
of making payment in time for the open orders
- Failure
of placing repeat orders every 3 month
- Failure
of placing orders in time as mutually agreed
- Failure
of taking shipments in time as mutually agreed
- Failure
of meeting commitment as mutually agreed
