When you find "Back" and "Forward" of your Web Browser blank (Not accessible) from the current web page after you have come from another web page, it may mean that you have already jumped into another new window and the last web page may be in another window underneath the current window.

Solution: You may firstly minimized all windows of your Web Browser to check it out, and then close the window of those web pages you do not need currently, and then you may surf with the web page you wish to continue. You may also leave all windows stay open as multiple windows if you will find it more convenient to you.
